About
Study Edge and the University of Florida launched Math Nation (formerly known as Algebra Nation before the expansion to other courses) in 2013 with two key goals: 1. Significantly improve Algebra 1 achievement in Florida 2. Reduce disparities in student performance. Based on the success of our Algebra 1 program, we expanded our course offerings to provide comprehensive resources for students and teachers for 6-8th grade in Math, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and beyond. Math Nation hosts a robust digital platform including engaging instructional videos created with patented technology, digital practice tools, after school and weekend tutoring, mobile apps, and personalized remediation tools. There are also consumable student workbooks available to accompany the instructional videos. Math Nation is a result of ongoing collaboration among teachers, professors, administrators, families, and students. Thanks to the input they provide, we continuously adapt and improve our resources to meet the needs of today’s students and teachers.
