Can I request a specific app be evaluated?
Yes. Email us the app name and we will prioritize it. We evaluate apps based on demand: the more parents ask about an app, the sooner we review it.
Do app companies pay for ratings?
No. Our ratings are independent. App developers can request a pre-publication evaluation through Invariant, but the outcome is based solely on whether the app meets our standards.
I disagree with a rating. How do I challenge it?
Email us with specific evidence. If an app has been updated since our evaluation, or if we missed something, we will re-evaluate. Our methodology is transparent: we publish exactly why each app passed or failed.
