Can I request a specific app be evaluated?
Yes. Email us the app name and we will prioritize it. We evaluate apps based on demand—the more parents ask about an app, the sooner we review it.
Do app companies pay for ratings?
No. Our ratings are independent. App developers can request a pre-publication evaluation through Invariant, but the outcome is based solely on whether the app meets our standards.
I disagree with a rating. How do I challenge it?
Email us with specific evidence. If an app has been updated since our evaluation, or if we missed something, we will re-evaluate. Our methodology is transparent—we publish exactly why each app passed or failed.
