What Happened
The AI Societal Impact Lab has opened applications for its Autumn 2026 Fellowship, a remote eight-to-ten-week program for recent graduates and early-career researchers. Fellows will spend about four hours a week in workshops and group research. The program ends with a published analytical article examining how AI affects society. Applicants do not need a coding or technical background. Organized by the Association for Responsible AI, a nonprofit founded in late 2025, the curriculum builds public discussion and critical thinking rather than training technical engineers.
