Richmond Solution is an innovative educational system that transforms the English programs of participating institutions, making them successful and sustainable. The processes of Richmond Solution are based on the educational needs of them, which are identified by the Richmond coaches working with the institutions. The institutions are provided with evidence of learning outcomes through a variety of evaluations, thereby allowing schools to continuously assess the progress of each individual student and the program as a whole.
