Happy Sad is a social emotional awareness & learning app that is gamified for students, with empowering insights for educators. For Teachers / Counselors: A social emotional daily check-in/check-out app covers 8 basic emotions for K-8- Dashboard of your entire classroom Features include: classroom student analytics overview, individual student analytics (understand how individuals are trending across their range of emotions), emotion-based insights for parent<>teacher meetings, counselors and other care providers. For students: A fun app that supports students' ability to learn social emotional, self-awareness. Features include: select from 8 daily emotions, learn the vocabulary, spelling, and recognition of each emotion, add a fun accessory (designed with students involved). With Happy Sad, over time, students start to understand themselves related to emotional wellbeing. It's based on the CASEL framework for self-awareness, MTSS Tier 1&2, and contains researched-backed emotional survey & insights designed with our Chief Resident Psychologist, David Zeitler.
