Agency over credentials for the learner is enabled with Open Credentials Publisher (OCP) to provide credentials and transcripts that can be shared and published to any standard digital wallet. OCP is certified for CLR publishing and CASE alignment and provides web services to manage and publish Integrated Learner Records (ILRs). CLR manages achievement definitions, verification, and revocation services. CLR contains credentials, defined in either CTDL or CASE frameworks, with records for courses, assessments, credits, skills, assertions, and Open Badges.
