Our inclusive, regional research-based career navigation platform includes our career assessment, inspirational career videos, digital informational interviews, career progression infographics, educational and training program finder, and recommended tools and resources. Community partners, employers are able to post on-going tools, events, resources and work-based learning opportunities on the platform through our community partner portal which gets marketed to the learner's newsfeed. Gladeo is the grand prize winner in the US Dept of Education's Future Finder Challenge which is a challenge to find the best career navigation platform for adult learners.
