- Curricuflow uses a capacity-based subscription model with three tiers. All plans include the complete feature set—the only difference is capacity limits based on institution size. Free Trial: 14 days, no credit card required, full access to all features. Pricing Tiers: Single Department - $49/month (or $453/year): 1 department, up to 3 programs, 50 courses per program, 15 faculty members. Multi-Department - $79/month (or $759/year): Up to 5 departments, 10 programs each, 100 courses per program, 50 faculty members. Large Institution - $129/month (or $1,236/year): Up to 15 departments, 25 programs each, 200 courses per program, 150 faculty members. Both monthly and annual billing available, with annual plans saving approximately 25% compared to monthly billing.
